Launching a Complex Energy Service Through

Simple Storytelling

Problem

Endesa needed to launch Egar, a new service offering,

in a category where energy solutions are often perceived as complex, technical, and difficult to differentiate for consumers.

The challenge was to translate a functional product into a clear, engaging, and emotionally accessible communication platform.
 

Solution

We developed a TV campaign to launch Egar, transforming the service into a simple and compelling narrative for a broad audience.
